 About the class 

Taekwondo, the most widely practiced martial art in the world, originates from Korea. The 5 Tenets of Taekwondo are Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Students will develop valuable lessons in discipline, patience, and concentration as they learn to improve their techniques through repetition.
